Sam Johnson Jr.- HOMEGOING

It is with deep regret that we announce the passing of our Beloved Son Brother Samuel Johnson Jr.

We bow our heads in humble submission to the will of God as we announce that Samuel Jr. the eldest son of our recently deceased Pastor Dr. Samuel Johnson Sr. and Mother Mamie Johnson, has also been called away to be with the Lord.

It is indeed another great loss to our local body Rescue Temple Church of God in Christ. We are asking for your prayers for the Johnson family and that the work of the Lord will continue to be blessed in this corner of his great vineyard. Samuel  Johnson Jr. will be missed but we look to the word of God which reminds us that :

"To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord" 2-Corinthians 5: 8
