Dr.Samuel Johnson Sr.

 Dr. Samuel Johnson Sr. was the Pastor of Rescue Temple Church of God in Christ, Inc., Mother Church of the Churches of God in Christ in Cincinnati, Ohio and the Superintendent of the Cincinnati-Dayton District of the Church of God in Christ, Ohio Northwest Jurisdiction. He was the First Assistant to Bishop Clifford Kimbrough, Prelate.

Dr. Johnson's father, Elder Malachi C. Johnson Sr., founded Rescue Temple Church of God in Christ. Dr. Samuel Johnson is a true servant of God and a man of great faith. His goal and utmost desire is to preach the gospel under the anointing of the Holy Ghost so that men, women, boys and girls might hear the word, obey the word, and be saved. Likewise, he endeavours to fill the role in which God has placed him, and to encourage the flock to be faithful to God.
